The vest from the Crab Coral collection features a safety strap that fastens between the legs to prevent the vest from slipping over the head during vertical dives or while floating. This strap is protected with neoprene to prevent chafing between the legs. It also offers additional protection in the underarm area to prevent chafing on your child's delicate skin. This vest has 8 compartments, each containing 3 flotation elements, for a total of 24. These elements can be removed one at a time to allow your child to improve their ability to swim unaided. Other vests have only 8 elements, so removing the elements will change the buoyancy more significantly.
