What payment methods do you offer?
→ We accept PayPal, credit card, Klarna & Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
→ Please write to us as soon as possible at hallo@dearlydots.com or info@dearlydots.com – we’ll see what’s possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
→ We ship from Germany within 2–4 business days. Delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days (depending on the destination). Any longer shipping times will be indicated on the respective product pages.
Which shipping service provider do you work with?
→ We ship with DHL Go Green.
Returns & Cancellations
→ We encourage you to order consciously—only what you really need. Should you need to return something, you'll find all the important information here:
→ Returns are at your own expense. We do not issue return labels.
→ Please send your return to: dearlydots GbR, Elvira-Tuszik-Str. 43, 50769 Cologne
→ Please enclose the delivery note or order number (#...) with your return so that we can correctly assign everything.
→ Once we receive your return undamaged, with all labels and original packaging (in the case of boxes), we will refund you the current purchase price or the purchase price you paid at the time of purchase, if lower.
→ Important: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products or individual parts from sets.
