Order & Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
→ We accept PayPal, credit card, Klarna & Apple Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
→ Please email us as soon as possible at hallo@dearlydots.com or info@dearlydots.com – we will see what is possible.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
→ We ship within 1-3 business days from Germany. Delivery time is approximately 2-7 business days (depending on destination). We will indicate any longer shipping times on the respective product pages. If an item from the Coming Soon section is ordered together with other items, we will generally ship all parts as soon as the Coming Soon item is in stock. If you would like earlier shipment of your partial order, please email us at hallo@dearlydots.com or info@dearlydots.com.
Which shipping provider do you work with?
→ We primarily ship with DHL Go Green.
Returns & Revocation
→ We encourage you to order consciously – meaning only what you truly need. However, if something needs to be returned, you'll find all important information here:
→ Returns are at your own expense. We do not issue return labels. We ask that you use suitable outer packaging – not necessarily the original packaging – for your return to avoid a loss in value.
→ If the order value after the return falls below €75, shipping costs of €4.90 will be charged subsequently and offset against the return refund.
→ Please send your return to: dearlydots GbR, Elvira-Tuszik-Str. 43, 50769 Cologne
→ Please include the delivery note or order number (#...) with your return so we can correctly assign everything.
→ As soon as your return arrives undamaged, with all tags and original packaging (for boxes), we will refund you the currently applicable purchase price, or the purchase price you paid if it was lower at the time of purchase.
→ Important: Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened or used products or individual items from sets.
