CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, dearlydots GbR, Elvira-Tuszik-Str. 43, 50769 Cologne – info@dearlydots.com – by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.dearlydots.com (bottom of the page). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) with information on the content of the withdrawal declaration, as well as the date and time of your receipt.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to (here, if applicable, the name and address of the person authorized by us to receive the goods must be inserted) without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Attention: If the order value after the return is below €75, shipping costs of €4.90 will be charged retrospectively and offset against the refund of the return.
