CANCELLATION POLICY

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, dearlydots GbR, Elvira-Tuszik-
Str. 43, 50769 Cologne by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail to info@dearlydots.com or hallo@dearyldots.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit your right of withdrawal on our website www.dearlydots.com (at the end of the page "Withdraw from contract"). If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to dearlydots GbR, Elvira-Tuszik-Str. 43, 50769 Cologne immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

We ask you to use appropriate outer packaging, which does not have to be the original shipping carton.
